The hosts were fantastic and provided us with a lot of help, we really enjoyed our stay here because of the exceptional service and comfort.

You will definitely be satisfied if you try Euro House, situated so close to the apartment. 10 minutes walk away from sunday market...

It is located at the center of Ipoh, with plenty of parkings. 5-10 mins walk to famous Ipoh chicken restaurants Lau Wong, Lau Leong, and Ann Kee. 15-20 mins walk to Ipoh train station. The apartment is clean, tidy and comfy. Surprisingly, the apartment comes with good sound proof quality. When Christie saw my parents who are over 70's, instead of giving us the 2-bedroom aprtment at 2nd floor, she changed it to 3-bedroom apartment at 1st floor so that my parents didn't have to walk up the stairs. Her kindness and consideration are much appreciated. It is probably the best value for money hotel we had ever stayed. Certainly we will go back there in our next holiday in Ipoh.

The staff here is always loyal and nothing bothered me during my stay - I really enjoyed it - the location is great, close to the Ho Yan Hor Museum, and there's free parking.

The Osborne Apartment have 2 rooms and a living room for my family, the interior is nice, very clean and comfortable. Good location near the hawker centre and very convenient. I will come back to this hotel for my next visit to ipoh.

TV choise should be from ASTRO channels at least each of news,sports,movies etc,parking space are few

Nice apartment with tasty deco. Big living area to gather to watch TV and dinning. equipped with electric kettle, a big fridge and microwave. Within walking distance to all the good food outlets. Easy to find and locate. Lots of CCTV to monitor the activities inside and outside the apartment.

There are about 4 parking lots within the apartment boundary. There area many street side parking but requires payment. The rooms are not adequately sound proof. Would be good to use double pane glass. Some of the Aircon blowers are noisy.

The apartment rooms are really very comfy and provide huge space for family members to move around indoor.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Once they know my friend's phone is missing, they helped us to find the phone by searching the whole room that we stayed and even allow us to check the video captured by cctv. We really appreciate their help and effort. Thank you.

Plain water is not enough for us. Hotel should prepare sufficient distilled water for us.

The facilities are new and clean, friendly receptionist and spacious bedrooms and living area.

The apartment is spacious, comfort and clean. The design of apartments is luxury and good facilities provided. Overall, it is value for money.
